Art Book
I’m getting more and more tempted to self-publish a book of my photography through Blurb (once more on the Greek Mythology theme).

serpentskirts replied to your photo: This is one of the postcards I’m giving away for…
I wasn’t gonna ask you to ship overseas, but I’ve changed my mind. :P
That’s OK, I’m fine with shipping them overseas - I’ve already sent quite a few out to the US, Canada, and Australia. I have a collection of the appropriate postage stamps to hand. :)

A brief pause from the artwork:
Political leaders in St. Petersburg are about to vote on law that will make it illegal for any person to write a book, publish an article or speak in public about being gay, lesbian or transgender.
Please sign the petition to ask leaders around the world to reach out to their counterparts in the Russian government - and ask them to reject this discriminatory and anti-democratic law:

Planning artwork
While my free postcard sets are (slowly) getting discovered by art lovers, I’m planning my next pieces of artwork.
I already have a few ideas for a second “Medea” photoshoot that I’ve shared on Tumblr before (they consist of a similar shoot, but with smoke and tribal markings: not entirely sure how to do that - especially the smoke - but I’ll work it out).

Art Postcards
First batch of my free art postcards have been sent out.
There are plenty more left if you want a set:http://www.lazaruscorporation.co.uk/offers
Giving my artwork away
I’ve decided to follow the example of Canadian artist Veronika Von Volkova and give away some postcards of my recent artwork - free, wherever you are in the world.
All you need to do is to fill in the form on this page and I’ll send you a set of 5 postcards from my recent “Medea” series. I’ve got 100 sets to give away (only about 6 gone so far this evening - plenty...

mercury1936 asked: Hi Paul, I don't know if anyone asked you this already but how long have you been into photography? and what first sparked your interest in it? PS. Great life drawings by the way.
trini-naenae asked: A proper question this time: I've noticed that you've referenced Greek mythology in your work. Are there certain themes and archetypes that particularly interest you? And are there mythologies from other cultures that interest you as well?
trini-naenae asked: So, pray tell, what is in my future? (I cannot resist asking.)

Just because...
Just because anonymous questions are enabled, doesn’t mean you have to be anonymous. Just ask:
http://lazcorp.tumblr.com/ask
(my last “asks” have all been anons - it doesn’t bother me, but it seems curious. Maybe I’m just seeing patterns where there aren’t any.)
Anonymous asked: When r u going to post more of ur photos?
Postcards/Google+/Asks
My sets of Art Postcards are paid for and (hopefully) now on their way to me. I’ll be giving them out for free (yes, free) here.
I’ve also set up a Google+ page for the Lazarus Corporation. Not entirely convinced by Google+ yet, but we’ll see…
With that said, it’s Tuesday so I’m inviting you to fill my inbox with questions and other nonsense:
...
Anonymous asked: what things inspire you? x
Anonymous asked: Who is your favourite artist?
Anonymous asked: What camera do you use, and do you have a full studio set-up (lights etc)?
Only connect...
I haven’t done this for a couple of weeks, so:
